Design/Development Engineer:
This individual uses experience and knowledge of metal and wood fabrication, architectural design, structural engineering and CAD (Solidworks and AutoCAD) to fulfill a dual role of helping to develop build methodology on complex and unique projects, and also to generate and analyze production-ready detail and parts drawings.  This position strategizes with project teams to generate solutions that are equal parts aesthetically pleasing, fitting to the design, efficient, structurally sound, cost-effective, transportable, and buildable.  The Design/Development Engineer requires a high level of sensitivity to understanding creative intent, build/structural concerns, vendor/construction timelines, project flow strategy/timelines, transportation/installation sequence, and construction/material capabilities and costs.

Craftsman: 
Positions are currently available for experienced carpenters looking for an opportunity to utilize their craftsman skills on a wide variety of fabrication projects. Must be able to read drawings, operate basic machinery, and have experience with the following materials: Hardwoods, plywoods, laminates, veneers, plastics, plexiglass, Polycarp, glass, steel, aluminum, composites, vinyl, paint, and glues. 

Estimator:
We are seeking an estimator that has experience evaluating and negotiating with subcontractors and vendors during the bid phase to obtain competitive pricing. Ability to assist in developing the scope of work and schedule for submission with proposals. Provide design estimate support for contract and pro bono situations including square foot or area budget allocations, preliminary phase, and final design package estimates. Work with designers to assist in material selection, source specialty vendors and subcontractors, and provide feasibility analysis of proposed design. Participate in the job handoff process by reviewing the scope and estimate documentation with the Project Manager and Detailer. Successful candidates must have good mathematical and mechanical aptitude.

Graphics Production Technician:
A graphic production technician is expected to work both independently and collaboratively towards set tasks while maintaining the highest quality. A technician is expected to be working on multiple projects simultaneously from start to completion. The tasks range from print and vinyl production, material handling and preparation, packaging parts, laminating substrates, creating artwork proofs and guides for installations, communicating with clients, preparing and manipulating artwork to accommodate unique processes and circumstances, etc. 

Painter:
We have an immediate need for an experienced custom painter and finisher who is proficient with applying a variety of finishes including; latex, nitrocellulose lacquer, automotive lacquer, varnish, etc. Candidate should be familiar with the preparation and application of stains and finishes to a variety of materials as well as have the ability to read specifications and drawings for finish specs.

Project Manager:
This full-time position will require you to be dedicated, results-driven, proactive, and organized. A sense of urgency is necessary while maintaining diplomacy, direction, and focus. You will be working with a wide variety of people, such as the leadership team, supervision team, account executives, sales assistants, production personnel, vendors and our customers. Ideal candidates will have industry experience in custom exhibits, corporate show rooms, or museum displays along with 3 years experience managing complex and multiple projects essential.
