The new Nieri Family Alumni and Visitors Center welcomes every guest that walks through its doors. The space needed to provide a powerful first impression and meaningful experiences for potential students, parents, alumni, and donors. Jack Porter designed a beautifully inclusive space with rich engagement opportunities, trusting us to fabricate key elements.

One of the standout exhibits is the Alumni Ring Display. The custom interactive invites alumni to scan their class ring, connecting them to 136 years of Tigers history. The panels for the display are made from glass treated with a wood-grain print, allowing light to shine through from beneath. We tested multiple materials and veneers to determine the best method to achieve this stunning, translucent wood effect.
